Workflows
Open Crew roster for people, calls and planned versus approved actual hours. Filter the working schedule by room, group or search; issued exports have separate reviewed filters. In Invoices, reuse authorized billing details only after selecting fields and confirming their current values. Issuer property profiles keep the company name/logo. Inventory item details group stock, contents/builds and history; serialized history distinguishes counted whereabouts from plans. Supplier response sheets record shared contact/date and multiple lines atomically; acceptance and transfer conversion still require review. Linked catalog and asset identities matter more than display labels, while quantities, routes, contents and versions remain checked.

Supported workspace views, sections, filters and selected days stay in the URL and this tab’s account-scoped session preferences. Browser Back returns to the prior view. These preferences store presentation, not form drafts, and do not sync to another device. Returning from Outlook or another tab refreshes the same verified account without clearing an open form or its loaded version. Sign-out, a different account/company or revoked access clears the previous private workspace. Review an inline Retry after a connection failure. An app update becoming available in another tab waits for an explicit guarded Reload update.

Save event, destination, setup/show/strike dates and requested gear. Issue a branded PDF for each saved supplier location; their response can arrive by email or phone. Record partial fills and substitutions, then explicitly accept the current request revision. Revised details flag prior acceptances. Review remaining quantities, dates and addresses before creating one transfer per source. Company stock needs a separately reviewed availability reservation. Close/archive retains PDFs, responses and links, and can be reopened.

Edit Components & accessories on a catalog item, using groups such as Skin or Power and quantities per case. Serialized assets inherit this list or use a separate reviewed contents list. Confirmed reservations retain exact case contents and transfers count included pieces during packing, receiving and return. Missing/damaged accessories need explicit resolution before releasing the case. Included pieces do not create stock balances; use inventory-linked dynamic components for separately tracked screen builds.

Configure existing gear catalog items, create company pools and linked worksites, then enter verified opening counts. Dynamic assemblies have no separate balance: saved builds multiply shared component quantities. Check availability and review a hold/reservation before linking a transfer. Count exact assets and bins at each shipping stage; returned gear requires inspection. Stocktakes, repairs, losses and moves need reasons. CSV imports need explicit reviewed catalog links; matching names are never automatically merged.

Saved on this device means the device copy is kept. Cloud confirmed means the server accepted that revision. Open the affected project to review a conflict; export both copies before selecting a version. Refresh the account and connection first. Clearing browser storage can remove unsynced work.

Choose solo, one-location or branch guidance in Divisions & Locations; pools and property billing are separate associations. Free Tech is the starting account. A paid seat enables PM planning, while company and project roles remain separate. Use Company > People & Seats to review role, seat, modules and home/location assignments together. Access changes show before/after and require a reason. Owners/Admins reserve seats, renew pending invitations and restrict member workspaces. Review a member’s owned work, hand it to a paid member, reassign unfinished responsibilities, then finish guarded offboarding.

In Company Management, open Divisions & Locations to add branches, teams and worksites. Company leaders assign staff and one home location without creating extra seats. Worksites can share a pool and use separate property billing profiles under the same invoice seller. Profiles store details; they do not automatically change invoices. Pools do not create stock balances. Location access stays separate from private leads, projects, invoice and gear-finance permissions.

In Location & Timing, select rooms, dates and company groups. Review included rows and current diagrams, then issue a dated schedule. Working edits do not change the recorded issue. Scoped vendor links can be revoked. A printed link remains text; electronic recipients can open it.

A company Microsoft tenant may require IT approval for the configured app. ShowSide cannot override that policy. In the meantime, save an exported email on the lead and retain its attachments. Outlook connection needs the configured public client ID and correct supported account types/redirect addresses.

Planned gear differs from packed, dispatched, received and returned counts. Record each custody stage and explain corrections. Purchase cost, avoided subrental cost, internal charges and entered client revenue are separate. Delivered totals exclude cancelled work; plans remain estimates. Company finance restrictions hide prices and preserve existing monetary snapshots.

Review company branding and client details, then issue using your preferred export style. Change style opens both choices and previews. A PDF download does not send email or collect payment. Record dated manual payments and explicit reversals. Issued versions and adjustments remain in history. Creator/company-leader access still applies even with an enabled invoice workspace.

Switch between Specifications, Wiring focus and the combined view without losing inputs, routes or zoom. Confirm the exact panel, receiving card, processor operating mode, circuit and chain ratings. Advanced allocations validate each physical processor separately and keep backup hardware separate. Unknown cable reach or chain ratings require review. Saved revisions retain their entered specifications; they do not update hardware or certify rigging/electrical work.

My Day layouts change presentation only; urgent crew actions stay visible. Review the next confirmed call and current briefing, then selected file revisions while online, prepare them deliberately and inspect failures/last-prepared time. Downloaded files belong to this account on this device. Cleanup removes selected cached files only; it does not remove project copies or queued unsynced actions. Browser storage can still be evicted.
